The Fanatic is a concept class i thought up a while ago. Heres some general ideas, feel free to post ur own for balancing purposes etc. It is like a cross between a warrior and a sin.

Max HP: 432 (Fanatics always have -10% HP wich cannot be removed, but can become -8% etc by gaining a moral boost)

Max Energy: 20

Energy Regen: 3 Pips >>>

Max Armour level: 70

Weapons: Dual Weapons, e.g. Dual Swords. Two Handed, Dmg: 12-15

Attack Speed: Once every 1.5 seconds, they wield 2 weapons so one hit every 0.75 seconds.

Attributes & Skills:

Fanaticism (primary) - Each rank in Fanaticism gives you a 2% chance to dodge physical attacks. It increases the effectiveness of skills linked to this attribute.

Glory Of Death [E] Stance - For 8-20 seconds You Deal 0-16 extra damage in meele, but whenever you hit you lose 10-4 hp. E cost=5, Recharge 30

"I Feel No Pain" Shout - For 4-16 seconds you take 0-32% less damage, and condition durations are reduced by 0-32% A Cost=8


Rage - For each rank in Rage whenever you hit with an attack, you gain 1hp, this is doubled for attack skills. It also increases the effect of skills linked to this attribute.

"Strike Him Down" [E] Shout - For 4-16 seconds you deal 10-40% additional damage to foes under 25% Health. E Cost = 10, Recharge= 20

Bezerk Fury, Stance - For 4-20 seconds each time you hit with an attack you attack speed is incresed by 1-3%, this is reset if the stance is re-applied (Maxes at the usual 33%) A Cost= 8


Weapon Skill: Each rank in Weapon Skill increases the dmg you deal with fanatic weapons.

Syncronised Strike, Fanatic Attack - Both Weapons Strike at the same time and hit for +1-16 damage each, if this attack critcals it causes bleeding and a deap wound for 1-16 seconds. E cost= 5, recharge=15

Trick Shot, Fanatic Attack - Your first attack strikes for no damage and interupts your foes action, your 2nd attack strikes for +1-16 damage and always criticals. E=5, recharge=30

Slice, Fanatic Attack - This attack inficts bleeding on the foe hit for 1-16 seconds. A=3

Slashing Strike [E], Fanatic Attack - If Target foe is bleeding they are hit for +1-16 damage, and are deap wounded for 1-24 seconds. Slashing strike always criticals. A=6

Boomerang Throw, Fanatic Attack - Ranged attack, If this attack hits it strikes for +1-16 damage, and that foe suffers from bleeding. this attack always cirticals. This attack has half the normall range (Same range as distrupting dagger) E=5, Recharge=20

If would be nice to hear what u guys think about this, anything that could be added/changed would be nice to hear about. looking forward to your comments.

I'd personally make ouf of an CC, that should fight with Dual Swords, or Two Handed Swords a "Berserker" or a "Rogue" or a a kind of a Melee "Exorcist/Demon Hunter"

Especially last one would fit well together with my kind of Occultist XD ^^
But each kind of weaon only for 1 class, Dual Swords and Two Handed Ones dont fit well together imo.
Both could be imo too good improvements simple for warriors, i hope for GW2.
GW must get away from their "Wannabes" this dumb 2 Class System creates only, imo ...
And for that system implant than a good thought out evolution system for classes with a rebirth system, when u want to change ur evolution path...
That would be in the end Ragnarok gameplay with GW own system merged.
Imo RO evolution system is best, what a MMO game like GW could have, 2 class system looks only stupid and gives the players no real individuality ... only wannabes ...
U want to be a paladin, forget it, make u a dumb k/mo oO duh -.-

Hiowever, i find ur idea not well thought out yet, what r now exactly for example the 4 Attributes ???
Example skills nice and good, but what should they bring, when we don't know the 4 attributes ??? I say us only, how the main attribute should be and something about the weapon attribute, which shold be then attributes 2 and 3 i think, but whats with number 4 ? Maybe i'm blind XD.

I like the concept that it brings, which is a warrior that doesn't care a great deal about himself, but more about damage.

I think the health and energy should be kept relatively standard though. Perhaps you could just change the primary attribute to be more like "For every point in Fanatacism, you lose -1% armor and your attack speed and damage increase by 2%"

Problem with the build is that it seems to be a 'suicide' build in which it is designed to constantly get itself killed. That makes the job of the monk in the group that much harder. It'd have to have some sort of counterbalance that would give the player an option to perhaps sacrifice other things in order to gain armor or max health to prevent the damage that would otherwise be caused to yourself when attacking normally.

Perhaps all the 'fanatic' abilities would be adrenaline spells, while all the protection abilities would be energy spells. It'd provide an interesting balance. A fanatic without energy would die quickly, but still deal damage, while a fanatic without adrenaline with energy could protect itself but not deal a great deal of damage.

Well thanks for the comments Hawkeye, the kind of idea was a Semi-Suicidal warrior, but he lives from killing/hurting something, that was the idea behind the hp gain from the Rage attribute. personally i dont understand what your trying to say phoenix.
